I totally botched my first shot -it was the smallest little needed (should have been simple) but of course, I complicated it.
Joe was not around and so I had to give it to myself (which I can't believe I can find the courage to do.) Anyway - I was thinking I was supposed to give it in my upper thigh (when really it should have been more toward the side, where there is more fat tissue.) Anyway, blood was everywhere and it immediately puffed up and bruised (oh and did I mention hurt like heck?!)
So now I have this awful bruise on my leg - way worse than my sesame oil shot in the buttocks last time!
I intend to avoid giving myself anymore shots.
